Servers downs since I bought the game

I have not been able to connect to anything since I bought the game, I finished the game in a few hours, most of it, running in circles since the game navigation is just bad (no map or any good reference point). The game is beautiful but pls fix the servers, offline mode suck, I want to connect to something

    Same thing here, where are you from?

    Load character then try exiting from game back to main menu. It will try to reconnect again. This is how I got into 50% of my online time.

    I have tried, but still nothing, I honestly feel like they stole my money
